What Warranty Do We Offer on Mugs?
All care is taken with the production and handling of your customised mugs, but in the unlikely event of your order arriving in unsatisfactory condition, Planet Mugs will replace or refund for any broken or misprinted mugs you should receive. If you do receive mugs that are damaged or do not match with the artwork proof you approved, we ask that you contact our sales team urgently so that we may arrange pickup and inspection of the unsatisfactory goods.
What Happens Once You Inspect Any Unsatisfactory Mugs?
Generally, we will replace any mugs that our production team agrees are in unsatisfactory condition. We can also offer refunds in appropriate cases. All of this is in addition to your standard rights as an Australian consumer.
When Can We Not Replace/Refund Mugs?
Regrettably, we are unable to replace any mug that has been broken or damaged by improper usage, whether deliberate or accidental. We also cannot replace or refund for orders where you are unhappy with artwork after having given official approval. We also cannot offer to return or refund mugs that are delivered later than the estimated delivery date as freight is handled by third-party couriers and we can make no guarantees about arrival timeframes. We reserve the right to under or over deliver by 1-5% of the total unit order. Any shortages can be resupplied, credited, or refunded depending on the situation.
